About the Author

Jeff Evans spent years traveling the country in a motorhome with his wife, Cathy. Their two furry copilots, Bella and Mandy, never missed a mile. From mountain trails to beachside campsites, these adventurous pups sniffed, snoozed, and snacked their way through nearly every state.

Bella & Mandy are inspired by Jeff’s real-life dogs and their knack for finding fun (and mischief) wherever the wheels stopped.

When he’s not writing or mapping out the next doggone mystery, Jeff can be found enjoying the sunshine, a good cup of coffee, and (of course) snack time.
